Description:
Sunset Sherbert is an iconic Sherbinski genetic and is considered one of the cornerstones of modern Californian dessert genetics. Created in 2012 through an accidental pollination of Thin Mint GSC with a Pink Panties male (Burmese × Larry OG), this "happy accident" has become one of the most influential cuts of the last decade.

The aroma profile is characterized by intense orange and citrus notes, sweet berry fruit, and a creamy, almost icy vanilla base. When smoked, this translates directly into a smooth, sweet-orange cream smoke with complex cookie-like depth.

Unlike many classic Cookies lines, which often produce low to medium yields, Sunset Sherb showed early commercial potential and remained manageable and marketable despite its high potency. Its stable structure, vigorous branching, and uniform flower development made it a popular choice for professional growers.

Historically, Sherb marks a turning point: in 2014, it was reverse-crossed back to Girl Scout Cookies, resulting in the legendary Gelato Phenos. These, in turn, later led to Runtz – meaning Sunset Sherbert indirectly played a significant role in shaping the modern candy and dessert era.

Sherb is not just a strain, but a genetic cornerstone of modern West Coast breeding history.
